When does the garden close? Can I walk around the garden around 9-11PM? I heard that the garden looks better at night. Planning to visit in July, by the way. Thanks!

It is not fenced and in the middle of town. I don't think it closes, but there could be a city ordinance. 9-11PM should be just fine. We were just there a couple months ago.
