I didn't anything about parking on their site. Do they have a parking lot?

I have not seen a parking lot on site, but there are parking garages nearby. Moreover the public transportation system is excellent with stops close to the museum.

Do you know of any hotels with a shuttle bus to airport nearby that arent over $120 per night...seems they are all a bit pricey

The hotel we stayed in did not have a shuttle bus. I would recommend going on the Portland Visitors Bureau website as they may be able to help you.
