Goodbye and good riddance is the mantra adidas can finally adopt now that the German sportswear brand has finally sold its last YEEZY sneaker. Officially clearing out all of its YEEZY stock, adidas no longer has any official ties to the rapper formerly known as Kanye West.

Chief financial officer Harm Ohlmeyer revealed that the Yeezy stock has run dry during Wednesday's earnings report.

The sportswear maker was eager to put the scandal with the rapper Ye behind it, but its cautious earnings forecast showed the breakup’s effects still lingered.

In addition to ridding itself of that inventory, CEO Bjørn Gulden also confirmed 500 jobs at its headquarters have become “obsolete” as it looks to localize operations.
