Christina Applegate revealed on her 'MeSsy' podcast with Jamie-Lynn Sigler that Katey Sagal was a "safe space" on 'Married... with Children'. Applegate and Sagal starred as mother and daughter on the sitcom for 11 seasons.

The actors reflected on their time working together and how the experience shaped their lives — both on and off-screen.

"She had maturity beyond her years, so I would say in the old soul category," the Peg Bundy actress reflected.
