DA Hochman prepared to go forward with Menendez brothers’ resentencing hearings, says they “shouldn’t get out of jail”
Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced his office is prepared to go forward with the resentencing hearings in the Menendez brothers’ case. He maintained his position that the brothers should not be released from jail and alleged they have continued to tell lies since they were sentenced over 30 years ago.
During their two trials, they didn’t dispute that they killed their parents but cited alleged sexual abuse by their father.
