Legendary good guy John Cena, a 16-time world heavyweight champion -- including a 13-time WWE title belt holder -- stunned wrestling fans when he turned heel at WWE’s Elimination Chamber event in Toronto on March 1.

Just days after John Cena's shocking heel turn, WWE has announced him for more upcoming events. Cena's attack on Cody Rhodes, orchestrated by The Rock after Rhodes rejected his alliance at WWE Elimination Chamber, still has fans talking. This only intensified their WrestleMania 41 match for the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Another reason the heel turn is so newsworthy is that Cena is currently in the midst of a retirement tour with WWE. Instead of facing Rhodes at WrestleMania in a matchup of babyfaces (the wrestling term for a good guy), it now appears he’ll enter WWE’s biggest event of the year as one of the company’s top heels.
