Payton Sandfort scored 22 points, his brother Pryce knocked down four 3-pointers and Iowa pulled away in the second half to beat Nebraska 83-68 on Saturday, knocking the Cornhuskers out of the Big Ten Conference Tournament field and claiming the final slot for itself on the final day of the regular season.

After digging itself an eight-point hole early in the game, Iowa controlled for a majority of the contest. In its 83-68 victory, the Hawkeyes punched their ticket to the Big Ten Tournament. On the other hand, Nebraska will not be making the trip to Indianapolis for the conference tournament.
