I have a dill pickle favorite that I like to use. Why not try a garlic pickle, or even a sweet dill pickle! You could also bake the dip for something a little different if you want.

Remove pan from heat and stir in half the dill. Scatter remaining dill and crumbled feta overtop. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
