Brave New World is celebrating a muted victory after keeping its box office streak going for the third weekend in a row. Audiences are still turning out to see the star-spangled man with a plan, a title now owned by Anthony Mackie following Chris Evans' departure from the franchise as Steve Rogers.

Brave New World” kept falling but still hovered above all others at a weak weekend box office. The latest Disney -Marvel offering brought in another $15 million according to studio estimates Sunday, when most of Hollywood’s attention was on the Oscars.

Despite facing less than stellar responses from critics, Captain America: Brave New World continues to perform admirably at the box office. Three weeks after its release, the latest Marvel film is leading internationally with earnings now over $300 million.
