The Sixers are dealing with more injuries as they try to fight through these final 20 games of the season and get into the play-in tournament. In terms of injuries at practice, Paul George did not practice and he has been ruled out for Philadelphia's contest against the Utah Jazz on Sunday.

The Sixers returned to practice Saturday and with that came more updates on their two injured stars they are still hoping can come back and lead this team back to the playoffs. They announced that Paul George will miss his third out of the last four game against the Utah Jazz with groin soreness.

Paul George (groin) will remain out for at least two more games, Sixers head coach Nick Nurse said after the team's practice on Saturday morning, while the team added that Tyrese Maxey (back) is unlikely to play in Sunday night's battle against the Utah Jazz.
