The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a wrong-way crash that killed a woman from Texas late Saturday evening.

Attorneys say it indicates Minnesota is running out of immigrant detention space as the Trump administration pushes for mass deportations and expanded jailing of undocumented residents.
