Klay Thompson's summer decision to join the Dallas Mavericks instead of the Los Angeles Lakers has aged like milk.
The Mavericks were without Davis and Daniel Gafford, among other key pieces, forcing them to rely on their two veteran stars, Kyrie Irving and Klay Thompson. Irving led the night with 35 points, seven rebounds, and four assists, while Thompson contributed 22 points, eight rebounds, and an assist in the loss.
