Andrew Tate says he plans to buy a Florida penthouse and live in the United States as he awaits trial in Romania on sex trafficking and other charges.

Tate has continued to insist he has broken no laws and pointed out that he has never been tried, let alone convicted, of any crime.

Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, are the subjects of multiple investigations in Romania, the U.K., and now Florida.
