The Capitals are breaking out a new look this month, a version of their 50th anniversary Screaming Eagles jersey that features bursting cherry blossoms.

With the countdown to the bloom of Washington, D.C.’s beloved cherry blossoms in full swing, the Washington Capitals unveiled a special jersey Tuesday to ring in the iconic pink flowers and celebrate the team’s 50th anniversary.

The sweet sweaters include said Eagle grabbing a cherry blossom branch in honor of Washington, D.C.'s annual festival, as well as a themed 50th anniversary patch on the shoulders.
