A girl told her parents that she was swimming in a lazy river at the Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort when a man, later identified as Chatel, came up to her and touched her, Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies wrote in an arrest affidavit.

A man was arrested at an Orlando resort after he allegedly molested a girl in a lazy river. William Chatel, 72, is accused of lewd or lascivious molestation on a victim under 12. He is from Rhode Island and was allegedly staying at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek.
