Bricks plummeted four stories Wednesday morning from a loft apartment building on Locust Street in downtown St. Louis. Laura Klein of the Belleville Area Humane Society visits FOX 2 News at 11 a.m.

Beginning April 1, it will cost individuals more to park a Lambert International Airport. The changes were confirmed Wednesday at an airport commission meeting.  FOX 2's Mike Colombo reports.
