The Texans are adding some free agent help at wide receiver. Justin Watson has agreed to terms with Houston, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Watson was a 2018 fifth-round pick of the Buccaneers and played four seasons in Tampa Bay before playing the last three seasons in Kansas City.

The Patriots signed wide receiver Mack Hollins to a two-year, $8.4 million contract worth up to $10.4 million, according to a source. Hollins, 31, played under Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels in 2022 with the Raiders. He’s also spent time with the Eagles, Dolphins, Falcons and Bills.

DK Metcalf has been traded from the Seattle Seahawks to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Metcalf had requested a trade Wednesday after the Seahawks moved quarterback Geno Smith to the Raiders. Seattle received a second-round pick and the teams swapped picks in the seventh round.
