The Minnesota Department of Health announced Tuesday that they'll be releasing a new, interactive map that will show how much lead, if any, has been detected in drinking water at all public and charter schools and licensed child care centers.

Minnesota law requires public and charter schools test for lead in drinking water every five years and make results publicly available.

This new interactive map aims to give the public easy access to lead testing of drinking water lines in Minnesota schools and childcare centers.
