Comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, known for controversial remarks, has signed a major deal with Netflix for multiple comedy specials. Despite backlash from an offensive joke about Puerto Rico in 2024, Hinchcliffe will release three specials based on his podcast and a one-hour stand-up special starting April 2025.

Hinchcliffe’s set at Madison Square Garden in October drew sharp criticism after he described Puerto Rico as a “floating island of garbage.”
