President Donald Trump has issued back-and-forth trade announcements for Mexico and Canada, advanced his attempts to negotiate an end to Russia’s war in Ukraine, and sought to address outcry over Elon Musk’s DOGE over the past week.

Trump launched the week telling Americans that his administration would work to take "America’s destiny into our own hands" and vowed that "this will be our greatest era."
