The Nintendo Sound Clock Alarmo gets a new update in honor of Mario Day that adds a new theme and alarms from an iconic game.

Nintendo has added free scenes from the original NES Super Mario Bros. to its alarm clock, the Alarmo.

Just in time for MAR10 Day, you can now wake up to the sounds and scenes of the original Super Mario Bros. from the NES.

MAR10 Day is finally upon us, and Nintendo is wasting no time getting the show on the road as it has revealed a fresh Alarmo theme to celebrate the occasion.

Alarmo won't be a Nintendo store exclusive much longer, as the clock is heading to Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and Walmart this month.

Eurogamer reports that Nintendo's Alarmo clock will finally go on general sale in Japan this May. Previously, only Nintendo Switch Online members could order it, and due to overwhelming demand, a lottery system was used in Japan.

Nintendo's Alarmo alarm clock is now available at Target and Walmart after being exclusive to Nintendo's online store. The $100 clock features themes from games like Mario and Zelda, with sleep tracking and Nintendo-themed animations.

It was originally only available direct from Nintendo, but now in celebration of Mario Day, the bright red nightstand companion can also be purchased from Walmart and Target. The charming alarm clock comes with a handful of built-in themes to choose from at the start — Super Mario Odyssey,

The Alarmo is a digital alarm clock that needs to be connected to an outlet with a USB cable to be powered on. You no longer need a Switch Online membership to buy (or use it). It
