I'm talking about areas like Nanterre or Le Pecq -- literally random places I see on Google Maps that for sure are not Paris itself but are directly accessible on Metro. I actually was in Paris some 2 months ago & happened to visit some of these place and it seemed reasonable to me, especially given the prices in Paris itself.
