These hats inspire a.o. angry, sad, playful, flirty etc. Wearing a hat lasts for 5-6 hours. You can start an emotional painting, put it in your inventory to finish later, prepare another canvas, put it in yur inventory, and so on.

After that, the last +1 is pretty easy to get and maintain, just look at an emotional painting once every 4 hours, or listen to music, or buy a trait that gives you +1 happy at night, take a shower, eat some food, ect.
