The Calamity Mod adds twenty-seven new bosses that can be challenged throughout the game, each featuring unique battles and drops. Most are spawned using boss-summoning items, but others have special methods. Almost every boss (including vanilla ones) drops a lore item that explains how it ties in with the mod's story.

Enemies are hostile entities that attempt to inflict damage on players. Enemies do not take fall damage. There are a total of 357 enemies: 130 pre-Hardmode, 60 Hardmode and 22 are post-Moon-Lord.
