Hyper-Man was created by Otto Binder and Curt Swan, first appearing in Action Comics #265. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Hyper-Man first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in The Green Lantern #9 by Grant Morrison and Liam Sharp.
