Elissa Blair Slotkin (/ s l ɒ t k ɪ n /; born July 10, 1976) is an American politician serving since 2025 as the junior United States senator from Michigan. From 2019 to 2025, she served as the U.S. representative for Michigan's 7th congressional district. [1]
