Sep 25, 2024 · ROXBORO, N.C. (WNCN) — Heavy thunderstorms and flooding created a massive sinkhole in Roxboro Tuesday night. According to the Roxboro Police Department, officers responded to two flooding calls on Madison Boulevard between Long Avenue and Barden Street.
