Apr 24, 2017 · As said above, Uber in Paris is fine as are taxis and mass transit. I use all three depending on situation. Going to dinner way out in the 16th for example, then I might the metro there or the taxi from a taxi stand near my apartment which always seems to have taxis.

Mar 27, 2015 · My husband and I visited Paris last August and used Uber many times, with no problems. It was about 50/50 whether our driver spoke much english, but i always put the address of the location we were going into the app and the language barrier was never an issue! Clean, safe, same as in the US!
