I reset the password on Broadcom's site and was then able to log in. - Then I got to "Build your Profile" (Under My Profile) and there add Broadcom Software (I think it was called that, VMware was on a list) and then the magic happened: THERE WAS ALREADY THE SITE ID.

Jun 7, 2024 · A Broadcom employee provided me with my Site ID and a link to the instructions on linking it to my profile - I have submitted the request twice now, and it's been rejected both times with NO explanation! I am a paying customer with an existing support contract with VMware but the Broadcom site claims I have no support contract.

May 6, 2024 · Yeah - found VMware Convertor on Broadcom site, clicked link, does not work. If you go to VMware site, it directs you to Broadcom, which then depending on path you take, takes you back to VMware or gives a dead link. This migration seems awfully rushed, and, broken. The my.vmware.com site just worked nicely :(Downloaded Proxmox today to evaluate.
