The cast is great, and the kids do a good job of moving the story along. It’s basically The Goonies in a horror movie! Jon Gries turns in an amazing performance of The Wolfman as does Tom Noonan as Frankenstein’s Monster. The Monster Squad didn’t do so well when it was released, but it became a cult classic on VHS.

I'm Jon Gries, if you stay up late watching tv, you probably know who I am. The actor from cult classics such as Napoleon Dynamite, Real Genius, Joysticks, Monster Squad, Fright Night 2 as well as TV's Lost, Seinfeld, Martin, The Pretender and The Twilight Zone.

Jun 20, 2024 · Jon Heder talked a lot on Inside of You (Michael Rosenbaum’s podcast) about the making of Napoleon Dynamite, super good episode if you’re into that sort of thing. He’s always seemed like a really cool dude, that podcast episode reinforced that for me. Super down to earth.

So I thought they were committed to not posting any spoilers. But their system broke down somehow and there's Jon Gries in E7, big as life and twice as natural.
